| One of the coolest things the volunteers did last year was to put Questions along the run course and follow them up with Answers further along the path... the run was painful, but for that brief period of time between the "Q:...." and the "A:...." my mind was occupied... Thanx Volunteers! |

| I was volunteer last year, but got in a training run on the course while you guys were on the bike. That was one of the cooler aid stations, wasn't it? |

| The volunteers throughout the race lasst year were plentiful and outstanding!! Make sure to thank them each time they help you....that's their payment!!!! You couldn;t have your day without them! |
