Mr Clean,
Sorry for the slow reply!!
I can give you some general info, but I'll ask a veteran to reply more in depth.
Swim: We have been wetsuit legal each year, even with 90+ degree days 2 of the years!
Ride: May still be a bit cool when bike starts, but heats up quickly.
Run: Will be toasty even if not 90. Singlet or short sleeve technical shirt should do the trick.
May also want to check a Tri site like trinewbies.com to see if they have any suggestions.
We'll look forward to seeing you in September.
Thanks,
Dave

As Dave mentioned, the swim has been wetsuit legal all three years. Although we won't know for certain until closer to race day, I'd train at least a few times with a wetsuit just to get a feel for it.
In 2005 and 2007 heat was a factor. In 2006, wind was the main complaint. Train in every possible condition, and test what clothing you are most comfortable with. In 2006, I wore a sleeveless bie jersey and arm warmers. Know that you can use a Special Needs bag at the halfway point of both the bike and run. Didn't use it for the run, but it was nice to know it was there.
I changed from cycling to running shorts after the bike. Also changed my socks. Glad I did, I like to feel fresh. But if you are concerned about your times, as many people are, wear the same thing all day. I put a long sleeved shirt in my Run Special Needs bag, but didn't use it. Even though the temps were cooler in 2006, and I finished after dark, I didn't need it. Plan on it being warm in late September in Oklahoma.
Good luck with your training.

| This will be my first race. Do you normally wear the tri suit under the wetsuit? |
