| What are the sizes (20 oz, etc.) of the water bottles at the aid stations on the bike course? I assume they are disposable and there is a designated drop off statement around the aid station? |

| They are 20oz disposable sport top containers and there are trash bins at each aid station to dispose of them. |

| being my first iron I am kinda like you in a sense. I just flat out don't know what to expect or plan on for special needs, what to wear, nutrition. It is all still a giant work in progress. It will help come June when I actually do my first tri and have to go through a couple of transistions and start to see what works and what sucks. |
