I plan on coming down a few days early and want to bike the run course, is that feasible? Is it all paved and bike accessable?

Most (>90%) of the run course is on a paved bike/running trail around Lake Hefner. It's butter-smooth asphalt and about as flat as you can imagine, except for a couple of gentle inclines around miles 3/9/16/22ish (all same general location on southside of lake). So yes, you'll be able to take your bike out there and ride almost all of the course, and you will likely be among many other pedestrians using the trails as well. For the 10% that you can't ride, it's paved (concrete and asphalt), but is for pedestrian foot traffic only, which is why you can't ride it. But it's not any different than the 90% you can ride. Very flat and smooth.

Hope that helps.

Probably as flat as you can get!! Nice its off road and traffic is no issue except for a few cross walks. Its excellent, very safe, don't recall any bumps to trip of at nite.
