| Im not officially signed up, but Im coming! On track on training, feeling stronger on my running this year. Last year my marathon sucked....so Im glad Im seeing some progress. I feel stronger because last year I did 3 days/week running, but this year Im doing 4-5 days/week including 1-2 t-runs per week this year. We'll see how it pays off. Michael in KS |

Swim - joining up with a Master's group in the next week or two, so that should help a lot with my form and confidence.
Bike - Volume right now is still pretty low on the bike, but it ramps up in a few weeks. Still more time on the trainer than I'd like, but once school lets out (my wife teaches) I should be able to get outside more.
Run - My achilles is doing great. Went for a 1:50 run on Saturday and felt great. Longest run I'd done since December. Wasn't sure what to expect, but no issues.
