I know we are still a ways out but curious how everyone is doing. I am just coming off a crap week ( going from 60's and 70's to 20's and 30's with more snow didn't help). Just need a little motivation to get my butt back at it this week!

I'm about done with my winter maintenance plan. Kind of stuck in limbo between now and May 6, when my 20 week IM plan kicks off.

I hear you on the weather. Wednesday it was in the low 80s, then the weather turns upside down. It was in the 30s during my Sprint tri on Saturday, aptly named the Iceman Triathlon. I got snowed on during the bike and run. Luckily it was a pool swim.

Gonna be quite a difference from Redman, probably polar opposites in temperature, but it was a good mental test to ride and run when my legs were so cold they were numb. I didn't bring tights with me, so I got pretty chilly. Not as bad as the guy who tried to do the whole race in his speedo briefs and nothing else. He got hypothermia on the run and they had to get an ambulance. Crazy.

This is what I do.
