| I see the mention of no headphones or headsets allowed. Does that rule out using an MP3 with ear buds on the bike course? I am a newbie! |

Good question!
We are a USAT sanctioned event. And as a byproduct if that, agree to be officiated by USAT officials.
USAT rules do not allow for the use of any audio devices.

| If it was legal...I wouldn't...there is the occassional vehicle that goes by you on the road and you need to hear them coming up on you! |
